If he realizes he has been ripped off he can go through eBay and/or PP to recover his money. However, I don't think many of these idiots even realize they have been scammed until they have to service the watch or until it is brought to their attention. I bet some people are even too embarrassed to attempt to recover their money. Especially if they have been bragging about the great deal they got on a Rolex off eBay. However, I think even the worlds biggest dimwit would realize the watch in this case is not authentic once they had the chance to inspect it in person.you made me spit my tea at my desk! lol
so my question is... if some poor soul buys that thinking its genuine - can he get his money back if he conacts ebay? or is the seller at risk of jail?...
I have a response from the seller:
hellow dear its new
i was paid the watch
i have many watches of rolex and rado and armani open my store and looke
