I envy you bud! I wish I was home every night with the kids!

Haha...I wish more work meant more pay...I'm on salary. I have probably traveled 6 -7 months this year. Starting to book my trips into December now. Looking at going to China December 4th -11th.

He needed a good mechanic to work on his wifes car. I told him to go see mine. He would be very pleased with the guy. He mentioned too that his great big German shepherd suffered a stroke and died on him the other day............geezez, that was a great looking dog. Oh my.............. now he is looking to get another one.

Sorry to to hear about his dog! The Mercedes went caput?

Yeah I had a few of those years where i was out of the country more than 25 weeks of the year, it took just too much of a toll on my family, I threatened to quit and they started flying my family with me. So my wife and kids had diamond status for about 2 years but as they grew older and started going to school and I had to make a change. I am fairly lucky now only traveling maybe once a month for a couple of days currently. but I feel your pain, it sucks being away from your loved ones! FaceTime and hug them as much as you can man!!

it's awesome that you are getting some good sleep. it's a good feeling to break out of routine isn't it? no kids, no wife, free from daily chores and leave every mundane things to your wife to do. lol

Good afternoon gents. 3 pm here and I just woke up due to being on duty from 10pm to 6am last night. The part of my schedule that I hate the most is coming from night shift, sleep at 6 or 7am at home, wake up in the afternoon, then going to work at 6am the next day @Jeane123, try not to move around the bed when you can't sleep, works like magic
