Now I know why I am in sales and not production.... Boys in the back super busy, I offer to help and spend the next 3 hours at emergency Doctors.
Almost cut the top of my index finger off.
Lots of blood and much laughter until they saw bone.....
Finger stuck back together and pumped full of pain killers. Not allowed near anything sharper than a pencil.

Looking forward to a strong drink when I get home

Damn [MENTION=46165]chris9[/MENTION] ! Sounds like something I did over the summer, although I just took a chunk out of my knuckle on a sander, nowhere near as bad but hurt like hell.

Hope you feel better soon man! And don't forget you have to keep the constant buzz so it doesn't wear off and hurt like hell too soon

I remember when I was a kid, my brother worked a Saturday job in a butchers and one of the other lads there was cutting ribs straight from the freezer. His hand had gone numb from the cold and he went through his fingers twice with the cleaver! Threw the pieces in the vac-pack and went up to A&E. They did a pretty decent job of sorting him out

Well, looks like we are gonna be having a couple of days of rain here in Los Angeles soon. .......... I know it sounds silly, but in LA , the word rain is as rare as hens teeth. So we Angelenos await it like it was a Godsend !! ............

Joe, when I hit the streets at 6:30 am today for my morning run, it was fine, dry but not warm. 15 mins in and down came the rain, followed by hail, then thick snow. There was an inch on the ground in less than 30 mins. The dog and I were proper soaked. Typically British weather

Happy Friday all. This is the happiest Friday I have had in a very long time. We have eventually, after nearly three years in this house, and four months worth of consultation with the local authority, and having our hearts pulled out once by being told yes, and then told no..... We have eventually been granted permission to extend our house. 27 square meters being added. I can't flipping wait!!

Thanks guys. I'm really excited about this build. Celebrating was definitely the plan, but alas, her ladyship is too poorly and is getting an early night. Just got done watching a movie with the younglings and now about to settle down myself. I'm in a batman kinda mood. With lady being asleep, I gets to watch the stuff she doesn't want to [emoji38]
