I see that one has a VR3285 and the other has a VR3186. The VR3186 is $20.00 more expensive. I know the gen 126710BLRO comes with a 3285 movement. Why is the VR3186 movement more expensive? Is the VR3186 closer to the gen movement?

I believe this one is newer. Produced recently since it says v3 at the end.
