Global... cooling???

There has been a 60 per cent increase in the amount of ocean covered with ice compared to this time last year, they equivalent of almost a million square miles.

In a rebound from 2012's record low an unbroken ice sheet more than half the size of Europe already stretches from the Canadian islands to Russia's northern shores, days before the annual re-freeze is even set to begin.

A leaked report to the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) seen by the Mail on Sunday, has led some scientists to claim that the world is heading for a period of cooling that will not end until the middle of this century.

If correct, it would contradict computer forecasts of imminent catastrophic warming. The news comes several years after the BBC predicted that the arctic would be ice-free by 2013.

That info conflicts directly with data from the NSIDC (National Snow and Ice Data Center). The polar ice cap coverage has been declining at a steady rate of about 10.6% per decade.

The talk about the globe cooling itself is bullshit since year 2012 was a record low year re: ice coverage. It's easy for corporations to draw a short-sighted conclusion that pollution doesn't have an effect on ice caps (which is to their benefit) and then lobby that idea to the media.

No, KGB, I don't know shit, honestly. I just posted, what I've read today. And there's facts from SCIENTISTS.
And I've seen Gore's mansion in Malibu. So, how you would explain it? Why he bought it, if ocean will rise soon? Kinda of bullshit, don't you think?

Hey, I'm not worried about the planet for the rest of my short time here and I'm sure the mansions on Palm Beach will all be fine for the next 30 to 40 years. Not so sure about my kids and my grand kids though.

As for Al Gore: Does this look like it's in imminent danger of falling into the sea? I think the ocean will have to rise about 300 feet.

Look up who Neil deGrasse Tyson is. After you enlighten yourself with that info, tell me if you think you're smarter than him on Climate Change. I know that you are the master of all subjects, but this one time , you may be wrong.

Mate, his mansion is just a few meters above ocean level. So, if he would be sooo freaking sure, that ocean will rise soon - why the heck he invested such a money in this house? I'm sorry, but Al is full of bullshit. Except - yes, he invented internet.

So, you mean, all what scientists wrote in all these articles, is a bullshit?

Yes, 97% of scientists agree that your right wing sceudoscience is bullshit.

It's 6am here I just had my morning pee. The bathroom window was open, it was fricken cold.
That is my scientific observation. Case closed!

Sent from my iPhone because I'm such a addict I have to keep on here even when I'm not home.

Damn Luthier, just looking at the picture you can see his floor level is a few meters higher than the edge of his property line. And he's obviously on the East side of the Pacific Coast Highway, which is also several meters above sea level. His worst case scenerio the way I see it is his house goes from "water view" to "water front".

And. of course you're also wrong on the Al Gore creating the Internet, as usual.

Snopes gives it a full "FALSE" and you get a full "FAIL: http://www.snopes.com/quotes/internet.asp

Oh yeah, and quoting anything out of Forbes magazine you can be sure it will tow the GOP party line. Steve Forbes is as full of BS as you are.

Digging yourself in aren't you? Good luck with that.

And you are quoting two explicitly right wing sources, how did you not introduce politics into your childish argument.
