I think the reason is that the 2 spring loaded balls are not tight enough to hold the last link in the locked position. So it moves away from the clasp towards the wrist and the glidelock is moveable. If that’s the case there isn’t any chance to fix it.

I have checked and this seems to be a common occurrence but no one has posted a solution. If this resolves the issue, maybe the mods could make this a sticky to.help.others in the future.

I guess some people just need more help than others..

I thought it was against the rules here to consume blonde pills...

As I mentioned. You have to look on the first link in the clasp. The sliding one. Fold it out and you will see the two click balls which hold this piece in place. If this part has been poorly manufactured forget about it. You can do nothing. Only changing this part or the whole clasp.

As I wrote: No chance!

Where it folds means there are two pieces - use the exact same process as referenced above - yes - it may require use of a mini press, but the process to tighten them remains the same.

I think we‘re talking about different things. TS says glidelock is loose. So this is the so called glidelock inside the clasp of a submariner:

It‘s the sliding part which allows to adjust the bracelet length on the fly.

Here is the locking mechanism whiche seems to be loose:

Closer. Mechanism opened.

And here are the 2 spring loaded balls located which are fitting in 2 corresponding grooves.

If those balls haven’t got enough tension or the grooves are poorly machined you can only throw away the clasp. Nothing to bend or press make it fitting better. No chance.

You do not understand. This part is not for disassembly. It‘s not possible to push out the spring balls. Prying out this pieces will end up in destroying the part.
It‘s not worth wasting time with this. It‘s much easier sourcing a new working clasp.

Do you suggest any good place where to take a better bracelet?

Maybe you wan‘t to ask your TD for a spare clasp or bracelet. Another option is to order a ARF Sub bracelet as a spare part.
