Paid an order 2 days ago via btc. I asked them if I can change the item yesterday and they said yes. Today I haven't received and single replies from them. I want to solve this peacefully if possible. What should I do?

First make sure you're actually dealing with the real theonewatches and not one of the copycat sites: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forums/theonewatches/

Then, if you are dealing with the right TD, just chill. Sometimes things take time in this line of business.

Also yeah I might be a bit hasty since it was my first order. However the lack of contact since 21hrs ago make me anxious.

Thanks. We actually haven't even agreed on a watch. After they said I can change the ordered watch, I asked if I can change to a cheaper watch and they refund me the difference. Maybe that's why they doesn't answer me anymore? I'm actually cool if they said they can't. All I want is some form of communication.

Hello and welcome to RWI!

I noticed that this is your first time posting on RWI. You are welcome to introduce yourself in the new members area in the "New members say hi" sub section.

As to your question: Please relax and calm down. Everything is peachy and hunky dory! Nobody is ghosting you after one or two days. Actual ghosting is only officially happening after 3 months of waiting. For everything less than 90 days, there's usually a very good reason, such as Chinese New Year, different time zones, Covid19, other illnesses, other urgent family matters or simply an increased workload with a huge backlog of messages the TD has to go through, for example for any of the aforementioned reasons.

Please also keep in mind that some TDs are one-man operations, and generally speaking, this isn't Amazon, Lazada or Aliexpress anyway, with instant replies by an army of service agents. If you want to engage in reps as a hobby, you will most certainly fail if you don't bring a lot of patience with you.

They didn't stop answering you. It's been 22 hours and they have other customers, things that happen, life can get in the way. This isn't Amazon and they don't have a huge call center with people ready to answer every whimsical question that might pop into your head on the minute. Just chill, they're a trusted dealer for a reason.

For future reference, you are the one complicating things by changing orders after you've paid. For a smoother transaction, do your research and decide on a watch and factory before you contact any dealer and especially before you pay.
