Genuine PT5000?

In May of 2022 I ordered 4 movements on EBAY that were advertised as a PT5000 but I had my doubts. They had no markings on them. Three worked fine, but one had an issue, we fixed ( loose piece). Generally, the movements have been working well ..... so far.

I asked the seller why his movements don't show the stamped PT5000 markings but he gave some silly excuse and insisted they were genuine.

Today I looked at his listings and now the movements are showing the PT5000 on the movement, but clearly etched and not stamped. Clearly fake.

Does anyone have insight on where to actually purchase genuine PT5000. I have not seen anything on the Tube about the PT5000 being disassembled and cleaned to determine it's quality.

Yours looks legit. This one does not.

Yes the winding was nice and smooth and time setting solid so I do think it was a real one

Would you know if available with h4 or h3?
I was interested in the 2824 seagull clone sold on Ali but they all look standard h2

I didn't enquire about H3 or H4 when I bought the movement and I have since sold the watch so unfortunately i do not know and can no longer check on the movement I referenced above either.
