Heavy hitter! Genstein 116613LN that I assembled from gen parts I acquired over the past six months. With some help from ChatGPT I estimate there is about $3k of gold in the build.
Important disclosures:
- Bracelet has a fair amount of stretch and wear, but has tons of life left. Wears compfy. I got it for less than the gold-weight value, so an incredible deal. Easylink works great and I replaced some of the bracelet screws to limit stretch (originals are included). Fits my 6.75 inch wrist perfectly and I estimate could fit up to 7 inch. Rolliworks quoted $500 to fully refurbish.
- Hand lume doesn't match dial. Hands have hairline scratches. However, they were a great deal and look great under the crystal!
- Crown tube internal thread is stripped, so need rat tail file to install/remove. Otherwise 100% functional!
