Am a glass half full kinda guy, and if I were to try salvage something positive from it all, it's that some charity got $5.2m that they previously didn't have, for a watch, that, judging by this thread, doesnt have mass appeal

I put aside a couple SKX007 for them, if they can’t appreciate a seiko then I have gone horribly wrong on my parenting skills.

I think that kids are more into Marvel than AP. That’s the good part. You can find plenty of cool looking marvel watches (some of which are a lot better looking than this AP IMHO) which cost well... a lot less.
