here is a comparison between a daytona gen and the noob with the gen dial
bezel, crystal and clasp ARF

the black dial is gen....the white dial is noob mods
the noob mod is very very gen like at 99%

I've never seen a watch so close to gen....!
Only super Franken , but the Daytona has always been a not replicable watch.
Now everything is possible.

Nice and just made it more exciting! You know what is interesting, seems like the TDs selling to the overseas market got their hands on the new Daytona while the China market did not. Not sure if this initial batch was to test the market or something. Hope they ramp up production!

looks good. So the conclusion is, the noob case is good as gen.
I have ordered a black and a white dial. The blak dial will go in my
noob 116500 black ceramic. All my noob daytonas run very good.
Powerreserve up to 80 h and 3 sec plus in 1 week.
The noob is a great base for a franken project. For about 1300 euros you can build a daytona with gen dial and gen hands.

mans the movement is reliable
you need also the gasket gen for crystal...
