Gen 16610 'Maxi' Dial

Hi, I am looking for the "maxi" dial for a 16610LV build.

What is the mkt price for this dial?

Anyone willing to sell or can direct me to get one?

You do know that both the TC and wm9 maxi dials are virtually identical to the gen right? But if your set on one anyway don't waist your time on eBay,,,, you'll not find one there. Maybe on TRF .....

Ok, so the gen maxi dial is nicer than the BK or TC, it's beautiful and very noticeable up close.

I paid about $1,000 usd for mine - great dial but very steep for building a franken. I love the gen but would recommend finding a tc or bk and saving the $$ as 99%+ people cannot tell the difference.

I mean nicer? I feel you,,, but Tc and wm9 are spot on.... I'd say without turning the dials over it's almost impossible to tell the difference.

I have a Sean dial with wm9 markers in my LV. If you put the rep dial next to a gen you'd see the difference, but that's going to happen how often if ever? Going for a gen dial at that price is ridiculous.

He has salvaged some dials to make up some saleable dials, so drop him an email.

As to a genuine Maxi dial, look on TRF, they come up once in a while, usually with hand set for around $1500

Well - if you get a TC dial looking like this (and unfortunately a lot of them do) I would say anyone with just a little rolex knowledge will know something is wrong - They might not be able to say what - but something is off.

I have an extra set of maxi markers I can set you up with if you have a rep 16610 dial. That'll solve your trouble, pm me if your interested.

The other thing to keep in mind (and it will drive you nuts down the road) is the gen lume (should you go gen dial) is much WHITER then the rep lume. It's one thing if your bezel pearl is whiter than the dial and hands but when you drop in a gen dial your hands end up looking yellow....you'll need to relume the hands to match.

The dial LV from TC,have a worse press than dial LN by TC,that's why in my Sean I used the LN dial with indexes of LV TC

Short Question before i open an new Thread

I will get an Gen 16610LN Dial and the Gen Hands... But i have an Swiss 2836-2 Movement in the Watch... Case is an TC v4
Dial and Hands doesn´t Fit on the 2836 right?

But can i install both when i Buy an 3135 Rep Movement? Then they must Fit or?

Then i can have an 100% Gen LV insert without Scratches etc... That one from the 50th Edition... Price is 450,-Eu what you Guyz think? is it too Expensive for the insert?

I mean it is that one with the Flat 4

TC cases do take the 3135 I believe.
