Elton John has one just like it. Only stars/singers etc. can pull one out like that. I know Justin B. wears two, one on each wrist, while on stage. The fake ones are better left to the cream/white suit wearing "El Pimpos" of Las Vegas ! They have been repped by the way, and still do sell. Different strokes, different tastes,you know.
