Maybe it's a crown from H-maker's many versions/models of Panerais.

Anyway, when we are talking about mods, if we talk about H maker crown all people must assume that we are meaning "SLIM" H maker crown.
It makes no sense swap a "Fat" Noob for a "FAT" H maker. In mods world a H maker crown means "SLIM" crown.
