Full forged carbon case GP(IN COMING)

Hey bro, one flaw that seems to be common on the latest range of AP tang buckles is the jagged finish on the corners of the tang... My ROO survivor was perfectly rounded from memory and fitment was sweet! But my V2 Diver has the sharp edges and I've noticed it in pictures in other threads too... Have you noticed what I'm talking about?

Yes I have noticed that from the out set .... I Think the only way is to order another buckle from either v3 or survivor and change the tang over
here is a comparison of buckles left to right GP media blasted and ti plating, v3,survivor, v2!!

Yeh, the V3 and survivor are sweet... I have another survivor coming, maybe I should donate the buckle from that watch?

If you want to get crisp edges on the buckle, this can be achieved by just carefully filing the edge and then re-brushing it with 400 grit sandpaper. To be done before bead-blasting and plating, of course

I don't say it nearly enough, but your mods are really kickass, Zorro! I guess I'm not so anal for accuracy ATM because I'm planning to do some customizing with my GP and Diver.

Looks like the dial is taking longer the expected .. so I thought id mod the tachy ring to the correct bronze colour instead of the incorrect gold which is on the standard rep!!
As you can see now .. it should be bronze tone not gold

@osx .. bezel bronze colour , was done by plating and colour !!

@jack .. so many hours .. running in to months now ... the dial is proving to be a real pain in the neck ... but still moving forward slowly !!

They are supposed to be coming out with a new Diver sometime soon, with carbon case & yellow accents (see picture.) Maybe this can be somebody's future project ??

Is this case you are sourcing of better quality ? How is the rep Carbon ??

TD's are selling plastic imitation of forged carbon.

That depends. Imaknockov supplies limited sets just like these to a certain TD also.

Depends on the TD in question. If you're talking about Puretime, then it's my handywork.
