I just received my watch on Friday, 6/13, after placing the order on 5/26, so it took a full three weeks. However, the communication and customer support were excellent throughout the process.
It seems the delay may have been caused by the shipping method: the watches are sent to a U.S. contact with a printed label created in China, and that contact is responsible for forwarding the item to the customer, depending on the U.S. destination. In my case, the package was sent to the Bronx before being delivered to Virginia. I’m assuming the contact in the Bronx held onto the watch for a while and didn’t ship it until I reached out to TD to inquire about the delay.
Nevertheless, I received the watch, and the response from TD was great, very reasonable and helpful. I was satisfied enough to immediately place another order for a new piece.
