For those of you that have ordered from Steve in the past month or so, how long did it take for your tracking to start updating?

Oddly, I somehow have 3 tracking numbers associated with this 1 watch. I guess it's back to FedEx for me moving forward.

I reached out and your support just keeps saying to "give it a few more days".

A Omega SM 300 arrived today - for 2 weeks tracking said said "shipping label created, Bronx NY'. No updates until 12 hrs before arriving (after I went to bed). Then, voila!

I like the watch.

The RWI lessons about TDs and rep reality serve well.

I reached out and your support just keeps saying to "give it a few more days".
I’ve inquired twice for them to check on the status because movement on the tracking hasn’t changed. I’ve been told the same thing. This is likely a good thing as I’m pretty sure they know it atleast hasn’t been seized in customs. I don’t understand the shipping limbo that it’s in but I fully trust Steve and his team that they know what they’re doing and if there was an issue they’d work quickly to resolve it..

Was your tracking through 17track initially and then provided by another carrier or through 17track the entire course of tracking?

I just received my watch on Friday, 6/13, after placing the order on 5/26, so it took a full three weeks. However, the communication and customer support were excellent throughout the process.

It seems the delay may have been caused by the shipping method: the watches are sent to a U.S. contact with a printed label created in China, and that contact is responsible for forwarding the item to the customer, depending on the U.S. destination. In my case, the package was sent to the Bronx before being delivered to Virginia. I’m assuming the contact in the Bronx held onto the watch for a while and didn’t ship it until I reached out to TD to inquire about the delay.

Nevertheless, I received the watch, and the response from TD was great, very reasonable and helpful. I was satisfied enough to immediately place another order for a new piece.

I ordered my watch on 5/21 and tracking was through 4PX. Everything was great until it hit US Customs check. It's been at that "stage" since 5/30 and just today it updated from "Exception" to "In Transit" 22 days and shows "clearance processing completed" so I'm hoping to be wearing it soon. I reached out to Justin several times and he was ALWAYS quick to respond and reassured me that if the package got siezed that he would send a replacement. I'm very happy with the customer service he's provided and I see now why he's a TD on RWI. I feel better about things now and just looking forward to holding the watch.
