Thank you for your feedback, man, about Snoopy this model of the genuine back only two engraved, the other are printed, our official website photos due to not close up photos, resulting in not see this detail clearly, but look carefully, the black font is printed, the other two light-colored is the engraved. As the crown is screwed in, we usually pull it out when testing the function to test whether the winding and time adjustment functions are normal, and then the negligence of the testers, the QC work is not fully tightened after completion.

As for the question of whether the crown can fit the case completely after tightening, as long as it is within the normal clearance range, our QC process usually does not pay special attention to this area, unless it is abnormally loose or the distance is particularly large, we will arrange a new QC for it.

This screw flaw will result in bringing humidity inside the watch and the watch will need to go to service in a very short time, I had similar experience with a gen.

Will you fix this issue caused by the factory?

Bro， you can rest assured that replacing a watch that has already passed QC is the stupidest thing you can do, and we won't do it.

You live and learn, out of 3 orders 1 is screwed.

But the good thing that it’s no one’s fault but the factory, so let’s see how this will be handled.

I've never seen an acceptable Omega Speedmaster Rep.

It's true. It's probably due to the fact that I own quite a few gen Omega Speedmasters. The sub-dials on all the Reps I've seen are glaringly out of position. Especially on all the Moonwatches. If someone could point out one that looks and operates like a gen, I might change my mind. But so far I've seen nothing that wouldn't scream rep to an Omega Speedmaster gen owner. They might fake out someone who knows nothing about the watch, but not someone who owns one.

I am honestly ok with it not being even close to the gen as I said in my early posts, but I was surprised that I received a terrible not properly made for $668 that was pushed on me version that I should have paid no more than $150 (and TheOneWatches confirmed this issue in previous post) then I was called stupid by the store/seller/steve.

(Full Disclosure: I'm not a fan of the Snoopy, and have not held one. Being the owner of gen Speedmasters, none of the reps look right to me, so I'd never buy one.)

I think that's what Steve was trying to say. I also don't believe Steve was talking about YOU or any of his customers, he was talking about the process of accepting returns on watches that QC was approved. It's at that phase that you ask for EVERYTHING. If you want a close-up you ask for a close-up. If something looks off to you, you don't approve it.

As to the crown screw down problem, perhaps you can get a watchmaker to fix it. It sounds like you're describing a stripped crown. But I can't be sure based on your description.

As to the price you paid, it looks like that is the market price for this model watch, I checked several other TDs and they have the same watch listed for around the same price.
