The pictures on their website shows that the screw lands perfectly inside the watch. When they sent the QC for the back of the watch, the screw was "pulled out" and i thought it is like that because they were testing the watch and didnt screw it back yet.
This is my QC picture (apologies but they did send a picture for the back but I forgot):

This is the Snoopy on their website:
You can clearly see the difference in the screw and the engravings.
The communication now has completely changed, no one is replying to my whatsapp unless after 4 - 6 hours.
Thank you for your feedback, man, about Snoopy this model of the genuine back only two engraved, the other are printed, our official website photos due to not close up photos, resulting in not see this detail clearly, but look carefully, the black font is printed, the other two light-colored is the engraved. As the crown is screwed in, we usually pull it out when testing the function to test whether the winding and time adjustment functions are normal, and then the negligence of the testers, the QC work is not fully tightened after completion.
As for the question of whether the crown can fit the case completely after tightening, as long as it is within the normal clearance range, our QC process usually does not pay special attention to this area, unless it is abnormally loose or the distance is particularly large, we will arrange a new QC for it.
In addition, if you are particularly concerned about some details of the watch or want to see more pictures to help confirm it during QC, you can tell us and we will help you to confirm it according to your words. For this order process to bring you trouble, please understand, and finally thank you for your support and understanding, if we have any shortcomings, I hope you can criticize and correct, I will try to do better, and look forward to your next repurchase.
