Hey guys, first time using the forum, although along time reader. Ive just purchased a GMT Carbon DIWF Best Edition Black Dial Green Hand on Black Nylon Strap SA3186 CHS, lovely looking watch, on the expensive side, but thats ok as long as its good.

So far email communication with sale has been good, respond to email within a day, and helpful checking if watches where in stock before purchase.

Paid using credit card, pretty straight forward, payment denied first time, second time was ok after text from bank.

will keep you updated on experience as it goes.

Received QC pics today, good turnaround time, although I did make sure the watch was in stock before ordering.
Any comments on this? no idea if its good or bad. planing on replacing the movement anyway.

Yes there is a small charge. Perfectly acceptable and I’m happy to pay it for allowing the use of a credit card. Peace of mind.

Happy to report watch arrived yesterday. Less than a month from order to delivery. Very nice service thought. Good communication throughout each stage. Watch is fantastic! Thank you :) highly recommended.

Little update on the purchase. One of the number on the bezel fell out. Sales team was helpful. Sending the watch back to China for repair (I pay cost of shipping, but it’s not too bad) they pay cost of return shipping.
Will post once I get the watch back

read through the forum about this, there’s a super high chance the package will get lost or not released by customs and sent back to you…

Bit late now im afraid, wish id read that post, lucky I guess the parcel is showing as arrived, although I have yet to receive confirmation from Puretime! ive send a couple emails with no response... lets see

I was getting a little worried at the lack of response, but ive realised its Chinese new year, so ill give the benefit of the doubt for a few days. hope its sorted soon

We already discussed with maker before holiday, when we received the watch we will send back to maker for changing a new bezel. You can also write to [email protected] for help.

thanks for that, please let me know :) I understand that there was a delay as the new year celebrations, but it was an expensive watch and I would like some info as its been with you almost a month. Arrived 10/1/23 according to the tracking

update, so far watch has been back with pure time for a month and I haven’t had a straight answer as to what’s happening, I’m getting a little annoyed at the lack of communication

Sorry for the delay, I have already scolded our repair. She has been waiting for the return package to arrive before replying to the email. I have told him countless times to communicate in time.
