First time rep buyer. Tried with a previous TD and although it wasn't a "bad" experience and it didn't work out, the overall experience with Elliot was far better. Excellent, consistent communication, clear instructions, and from order to delivery in Colombia only took two weeks. On top of that his pricing is noticeably better than the majority of other TDs I checked with. I'm not sure why anybody would go with any other TD if this is the typical Andiot experience.
