First time Buy with Steve

First time buying a rep. Chose to work with TheOneWatches after doing a bit of research.

• 5/23/25 Purchased Omega Seamaster 300m 42mm RG/RU Black Dial VSF A8800 from the specials page
  • I didn't reach out via whatsapp until after I placed order on the website. Next time I will reach out first.
• 5/23/25 Email responce from Steve with payment options and asking for username on here or Reddit. (I didn't have either at the time)
• 5/27/25 payment options discussed on Whatsapp
• 5/28/25 Payment sent. Used Paypal Friends and Family.
• 6/2/25 QC pictures shared
• 6/2/25 QC approved
• 6/2/25 Steve asked to verify my wrist size to ensure fit would be compatible with the rubber strap.
• 6/5/25 Tracking number shared for USPS.

I will edit the post with further updates. As an impatient American with 2 day shipping expectations from Amazon, I have to continuously remind myself to be patient with the process. In my mind I bought the watch on May 23th, but I didn't really until I figured out the payment on the 28th. I am eagerly waiting to get my hands on the watch. I am already looking at getting a Panda (126500) next.

You're going to have to be REALLY patient right now. I placed the same order with Steve on 5/22 and got my USPS tracking number on 05/26. Still shows as "label created" with no movement.

I usually opt for FedEx because it's insanely fast, but I read from a few sources that watches shipped via FedEx were being detained at customs.

That is discouraging.... When you said that you placed the same order, do you mean watch for watch? Curious if this is more about the watch than customs. I don't see how it could be since I received QC pictures.

Same model/price special. But I opted for the Summer Blue dial. USPS shipping has always been slow, but this is by far the slowest I've ever seen it.

6/12 Received update that the watch is in Custom. So that means it was in transit past couple days. Looking forward to getting my hands on my first Rep!

6/13 - Received USPS email saying it had finally received the package. Looks like I will get the item next week. I don’t know if it is odd or not, I had nothing on the 17track website until USPS received an item. From other post in the forum, it seems like 17track has other carrier updates from before USPS gets the item. Mine does not.

I'm waiting on QC photos for my first order from Steve so I can't comment on tracking from him. I do have tracking info for a watch from another TD and was told I would not see any movement prior to it clearing customs and USPS receiving it.
