Here are those comparison photos. They are definitely lacking in quality compared to vsf. Another thing I notice is that they end up dying even while in my watch winder box. Here are some photosCongrats! Nice VSF. Looks fantastic, wear it in good health!
Dhgate watches in the $70 to $120 range? For the price, some might actually look okay. But you should see a significant difference in visual accuracy and build quality when you put them side by side with your VSF!

I dropped my hont off the dining table face first. I'm pretty sure it was fine after. Maybe about 3 feet. I noticed the other day that it stopped ticking. Is that supposed to happen? Is that an easy fix? Please let me know. Thanks!

In case you are not trolling: Are you aware of how extremely delicate and how relatively complex the mechanics of a mechanical watch are?
Plus, this is actually a relatively cheap copy of a watch that costs $6000. If you drop it, of course something can break. And it can show it's damaged with a delay too.
There a few hundred possibilities of what is damaged. Get it to a watchmaker. It has to be opened to see the damage.
Whoops. Typo. Hont said i can ship it to him and he will fix for free. I'll be much more careful next time. I bet that will be cheaper than what a watchmaker would charge.Thank you for "uplating" us about "your Hont".

No problem. I actually have to commend you for asking / notifying us BEFORE returning it and not joining the army of geniuses who did and then came complaining here after their shipment disappeared in postal nirvana months ago.
To get back on topic. I assume you read McLarenDude's post by now?
It's really not recommendable to return reps. The two shipping directions (China to the West, and West to China) are NOT equally safe.
If you still think you absolutely must return your watch, then at least make sure you don't screw up the customs declaration and follow the TD’s instructions word by word to eliminate the prime reason for why those returns often fail. About the fact that Chinese customs is run by a bunch of fun-hating hard asses you unfortunately can't change anything. This risk remains no
matter what....
But your decision to get it fixed locally is definitely 100% the much wiser option. No doubt about that.
