Hello - I need advice please. I unpackaged my watch today and it’s a beauty, but there is no movement. Tried to wind and move it around but no movement with the second hand.


What should I do? I sent an email to Andrew. Any quick fixes?

Did you get it figured out? what was the problem?
Still working with Andrew. Seems the watch was damaged during shipping. The watch won’t wind and also the date wheel doesn’t work. Only the hour and minute hands can be set. Hoping for a fix or replacement. Andrew has been very responsive.

thanks for the update. let us know how it turns out. Odd that it would get damaged in transport unless it had a very had shock or impact. They usually pack them very well.

Hello friends - I purchased my first watch from TrustyTimes. It’s a beautiful watch, but the movements were broken. Do not wind, date change, or second hand movement. Basically didn’t work.

After several emails back and forth they are asking me to ship back to them. I’ve sent videos and pictures of the defective watch. Surely there is a better way to get this resolved?

I recently moved to Tampa, so I don’t know a watch service shop that would be willing to work on a rep. Any advice is appreciated.

After a couple weeks of back and forth, still no resolution. No offer to exchange of replace unfortunately. I even asked if we could just split the cost of a replacement if I also include two other new watches in my order. Not accepted.

Currently shipping to a US third party repair place. Fingers crossed.
