Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. So you think laxk of scan for a Royal Mail tracked 48 package (which cleared customs on 22nd Feb) is not unusual? My patience is mostly being tested by his constant repetition re claiming via Royal Mail which can only be done by shipper as per RM website and their CS team.There's a reason that @trustytime is a TD here and has been for a long time. I would try to have a little more patience, no offence.
