For my first rep, I decided to order from Lucy based on the reviews here on this forum that she is doing really good QC.
This comes a bit at the expense of speed.
I understood this compromise and went with it anyway. First contact via email was fast and polite.
I placed my order and paid via wise. Communication was a bit slower at times but I always felt informed what was going on. If you order from Lucy, you have to trust and just simply wait. In the end, this is not Am*zon and I'd rather want a good looking watch, then just a rushed delivery without proper QC
Lucy also told me that she sent the watch to her watchsmith to have it cleaned, dusted and oiled.
Shipping was fast (ca. 10 days to EU) and packaging was safe. Overall, it took 5 weeks from first contact to delivery.
All in all, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and for sure will be ordering again with Lucy. The CF Datejust 36 is really good and I just love wearing it. Let's see how it holds up over time.
