Hello all and thanks for all the threads. I have received some QC and the color of the dial (OP) is making me doubt. If one is not convinced by QC pics, what alternatives do they have vs the TD?
thanks vm

QC pics are not there to convince you. The purpose is so you can see if there is any major defect (not flaws versus gen).

ok thanks both. Answers are clear and precisely having this forum helps. Thanks vm.Don't worry about colors on a digital image from a non-calibrated camera when viewed on a non-calibrated device.
The color tone you see will most likely not be how it looks in real life. Chances to the opposite are so slim... Complaining about something like that will only make sure that your TD may eventually start to dislike you.
I'm not sure I understand your question. There's not much you can do about the dial colour of a watch. If suddenly you don't like the colour because it's not what you expected, well then it means you maybe didn't do some prior research to set the expectations. But changing your order because of this would not be ideal, the TD sources the watch for you. Maybe he can give it back, but the reason "I don't like the colour" isn't really enough for the factory to take it.
that was precisely my question. however the response is clear from all of you so appreciate the help hereI'm not sure I understand your question. The TD emailed me that he was not happy with the piece himself as issue with time. I politely asked that if given the circumstances he would be happy to switch reference. He was amenable and ended up in a good place. Look fwd to QC!!!Thanks for all
