Update: strap was sent a month ago and still waiting for Andrew to collect from the local post office - so no refund on the strap yet.

No replacement crown/stem yet either.

Will keep chasing.

Hey, no, not yet. Which I understand because the factory issues. Will post as update once it does.

I’ve paid to have one fitted here in London in the interim.

But do you need a replacement? Because it seems to me it’s just a wobbly crown, meaning the crown is not fully screwed into the stem. Have you tried detaching the crown+stem and unscrew/screw back the crown again?

Yeah the watchsmith tried that and it needed replacing. For full disclosure I’m terrible with this kind of thing so deferred to them.

Andrew actually suggested the replacement in the first instance but got it verified with a watchsmith.

That sucks. Searching on the bay, WSO carries it. Costs $24 but it is not spring loaded and that really cheapens the feel.
Gens can be found starting at $100 so no thanks.
