At this point I really don't care about losing $10, I just want my refund. trustytime Andrew at the moment is ghosting me. There is a local dealer who has what I want in stock now (Tag Heuer F1 Chronograph) but I need the money to buy it.

Fair enough, a good attitude to have. I understand your frustration. The waiting in this game is the hardest part. If it's any consolation I have no doubt you will get your refund. I don't think you are being ghosted, you have been offered a refund (although not in the currency you paid in and you are not happy which is understandable), it's likely Trusty is waiting for you to accept it. Not what you wanted but half a loaf is better than no bread for dinner. My compliments of the season to you.:wink:
