2021 December 12 - Received QC pictures which unfortunately did not reflect the same quality (60 on the bezel at 12 o'clock distorted, Tag Heuer logo very poor quality, index at 6 oclock misaligned, movement is not shown) as per Trusty website QC picture, clasp also are not the same as looks like one from a cheaper version. I replied back.

14th December = "running out of patience"

No offence intended, but 9 days is absolutely nothing.
And depending on where you are located you could be waiting a multiple of that for it to actually arrive via the shipping agent. Then theres the potential delay/risk with customs etc hwell:

I truly think if you're getting annoyed this early on, and continue in this hobby, you're going to be both frustrated & disappointed.

But I do hope you get the watch you're after, so best of luck.

Iam not expecting to receive the watch withing 30 days. What my issue is that I was told that the given watch is in stock from the factory. But then why I received the QC pictures, it was a different watch, not as the one showed and specified on TT website.

After communicating the issue I was told that they will check and get back to me. Which until now there are no updates, that us where my patience is running out.

But you might be right, this hobby might not be my thing

Kimosabe89 I have 4 open orders for Breitlings. One is inbound, another will ship on the 21st. My orders date back to August. Shipping to USA is taking 3 plus weeks. You are not shopping on Amazon. You are buying illegal counterfeit watches. Relax and enjoy this hobby.

I don't think this hobby is your thing. Replicas are not perfect. If you want perfection, buy the real watch - and you will get it immediately at the dealers. Orders like this take month(s) not days. You also need to be able to give away your money and trust that the dealers will send you the watch without repeatedly checking in. Significant risk is involved in this game; but with big risks come big rewards. Some of us find that thrilling.

I'm glad you have chosen to get your money back. I think it is the right choice for you.

Iam very disappointed, and out of money. Andrew agreed to refund me as the factory cannot provide the watch I have paid for and which he confirmed was in stock in the beginning. I paid him in wire transfer and in different currency as he asked:

Order 204739 (€242) and 205214 (£35.80)
He now wants to refund me in USD to my PayPal account which is in HUF (Hungarian Forints), meaning that due to the conversion fee I will lose money. I advised him about this but he doesn't care.

I could type out a big long answer, which you may/may not read, and either way probably ignore, but in summary:

NO, it's not a scam!

Patience doesn't seem to be an attribute you have, or are willing to learn, so this hobby is unlikely to suit you.

Wait for a reply (you're not their only customer) get your refund and move on would be my advice.

You are right, I should stick to my local dealer who is 15% more expensive. But when he says he got something in stock than it is really in stock and ready to ship the next day.

Days is nothing in this hobby, btw.
I (& many others) have waited weeks (sometimes months) for QC & delivery.

And full disclosure: I have never ordered from Andrew, I'm just trying to manage your expectations a little.
