UPDATED APRIL 17,2025 - WATCH STOPPED WORKING
Great experience so far:
- fast response time
- covered my additional questions
- provided discount that is applicable right now

Dec 2 - order placed and already processed on their end as per confirmation from Steve. Pending QC.
Dec 3 - received QC, followed with my acceptance
Dec 6 - shipping information provided.
Dec 10 - my watch arrived.

Used offered express shipping option by Steve. Pretty fast delivered to Canada.

Needless to say everything is as discussed and provided: quality, look. Haven’t used timegrapher yet to compare QC.

Recommend as per my experience.

Not at all, express shipping offered by Steve at $50. It was delivered in December though

Okay awesome, appreciate you sharing. Were you able to get your watch working again? Was Steve helpful in assistance? I just got my QC pictures from him, and they look great!

Just sent it back to him for repair since they cover it by warranty. Had to pay shipping though. But I am hesitating to bring watch to local watchsmith for few reasons. As for Steve - he is been helpful since day one.
