Yes - I got a similar response this morning (Order: 100291975). The only difference is that my order was placed in mid January, and I’m still waiting for QC pics. Feels like a run around, but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt given the CNY holidays and current political climate.

4/3/2025 - Got an email this morning saying the watch was sent for replacement (??). I never requested a replacement. The watch looked great and all I asked for was a better picture of the rehaut and a video of the date changing after midnight. Not sure if Puretime found something else but I now fear I may get a worse watch than before without asking for any replacement…

5/3/2025 - Elena from Puretime responded saying there was a problem with some dates being misaligned, so they ordered a replacement. Waiting on new QC pics.

14/3/2025 - Just got the new set of QC pics and the watch looks worse than the previous one sent... The date is completely off, which was the reason puretime decided to return the first one. I'm hoping it's just a photo angle issue but doesn't seem like it. I requested a video showing the date change (maybe its just on the 23rd??).



Hoping for the best but not too happy right now...

18/3/2025 - Got the video with the date change I requested and the misalignment was just a picture issue. Watch looks great!! Green Light today and waiting for shipping confirmation and tracking details.
