First order with Intime and it is not going well

So, I did my research and found the exact watch I wanted for a very personal reason. I got my QC pictures and approved the sale over a month ago. Everything was looking great. Paid in bitcoin, got my initial tracking a few days later and a week after that it got into customs. Then….. zero movement for a month. Still “stuck” but because customs has not declared it seized on the tracking site, Ryan is just telling me to be patient and it will eventually get to me… I had a watch shipped from Australia make to me in a week, two watch boxes from the same general area in China make it me (and through customs in two weeks)

I feel like I’m out all that bitcoin and I get that sometimes things get seized but there should be a way to get your funds back for an item not delivered. I am 100% not blaming the dealer nor am I blaming customs. I guess I blame myself for thinking that buying a rep was a risk free experience

I will update this thread once I get better information on my next steps.

After 45 days I would consider it seized. The reason they want you to wait is because it's not 100% sure to be seized yet. I know it's terrible but yeah. Some people have their goods released after 45 days. The dealers don't want to refund or ship a new one only for the old one to jump and be released.

Don't worry you're a participating member and if it's seized you'll get a resolution.

I've personally had two watches from intime seized and both were replaced. Just hang tight, they will do right by you.

Sounds good. I will wait a bit more and thanks to Reaps and Burr77 for giving me a bit more background on what can happen sometimes. I fully plan on updating this thread as time goes on so that others encountering this same issue will have a better understanding of what the proc can be like

Another example of the value here on RWI. The sequence: Read; absorb (that step often missed); get rewarded.

Take a deep breath bruv, you will be fine. Your watch is coming, and if it doesn't he will make it right. They have been in this business for a while, and they aren't trying to screw you over so they can jeopardize their rep. When something is in customs they don't have any more info than you do.

I live in Canada, where our shîtty postal service may take up to six weeks to deliver a package to the next town over, yet I can get something delivered from Japan in under 48h.

That’s too funny. I hear you there and I’m trying to be patient but as we start to head to 50 days with no info then I get a bit disappointed but I will do my best to remain hopeful (at some point my hope will fade though)

50 days you can ask for the next steps man.just bump them with email/phone
