It's Ryan who's insisting that I handle the issue with USPS.

I'm out $500+ now, 30+ days of no tracking updates other than from Ryan e-mailing me updates, and continuously saying "the tracking should be appearing soon"...and to now that I must deal with this to get an official statement from USPS? This just seems crazy to me. Not sure what is in the water where all the people insinuating I need to do anything here are
Just reply to Ryan saying that the package is not even with USPS, still with the third party shipper, show him the message you get when you filed the complaints on USPD missing mail. I'm sorry this is happening but shipping issues are always hard to resolve. Just nature of shipping stuff ftom China.

If you feel like you need to escalate then raise a Help Desk. But I doubt mods can really change USPS shipping.

I promise you he's "insisting" you talk to USPS because his shipper has told him it's been dropped off. That's why he's asking you to contact USPS because he can't. You did your part..show him you can't even file a claim and see what he says. Every TD in here will have some kind of resolution be it reship or refund...
Trust me when I tell you I know it's hard to be patient but that is literally characteristic number one in this game.
Help desk ticket in here is a nice option too because they often have good advice.

Thanks, guys. Understood on the issue of waiting game - glad I posted to get some advice.

Ryan is still checking with shipping agent, so hopefully I hear from him today and this is resolved! No reason to escalate yet.

Going on 60+ days since payment. Ryan has said if there was no update by April 05, he would offer refund or replacement. E-mailed him today 04/08 and he said he cannot offer me a refund, with no definitive time mentioned as to when I could get this resolved.

It's lost in China and has never reached the US. Try parcelapps or 17track and see what you get.

I had one of these back in Feb I believe as well strangely enough.
TD's shipper either still has it or it was lost somewhere by them. You should get a refund or reship.

Now, as you can see, on 04/08, he has taken back the offer and is telling me his US agent has not notified him it is lost yet.

Not sure what either of you are suggesting with the responses here.

A what? And a partial refund? Why would I get a partial refund? I never received anything, and am communicating directly with Ryan. So confused at these responses right now.

Intime doesn't cover lost packages only seized packages if I recall. Did you read T&C?

I have zero idea what you're referring to by just telling me "help desk" - is that on USPS? I've tried filing a lost package request on USPS, and they won't let me because the shipment is still in pre-shipment.

I'm just now seeing the link above - apologies for not keeping up with this thread; like I said, a user asked for an update so I provided one. I didn't come here seeking further assistance.

The latest update is:

- Paid February
- Shipping February
- Ryan said if no USPS update by April 05, he will provide a refund or ship another unit
- I reached out on April 08 to follow up per his request
- Ryan says he cannot offer anything

That's it. I'm out $500+ and that's the update. Thanks, all
