Steve accidentally deleted my qc. I was told it would come in 2-3 days after my deposit. 2-3 days passed and I received no qc. I asked Steve what is going on and he said it would be an estimated time of possibly 2 weeks for AP ZF 15400 V2 but to give him time as he will ask the factory if that is the case. This upsets me a little bit, but I know how business can be so I am trying to be patient with TheOneWatches. This entire time I thought qc was being processed. Steve said he would reach out to the factory and they'll hopefully give an answer soon. I DO NOT want to wait 2-3 weeks so I asked if he could switch the watch. There has been a lot of back and forth communication between us, but Steve seems like he is at least trying to solve the issue. I can't help but be nervous since this is my first purchase from a TD.

You cannot control QC deadlines.. if you have some kind of deadline or timeline expectation you'll have a bad time. This is not unique to Steve, it's how replicas go in general.
If you can't wait 2-3 weeks just get a refund and find a local dealer or M2M. 2-4 weeks sounds perfectly normal for QC. It can be longer or shorter. Why worry anyways. You only placed a $50 deposit.

There was confusion amongst me and the TD. I got qc just right now. I understand they work as a team and I'm probably not speaking to the same individual. Prior to my deposit, I asked an estimate of time to qc for the purpose of getting the watch as fast as possible. He said 2-3 days. I do not actively bother Steve, I know some people can be impatient and or unempathetic of the situation. Steve straight up told me apologies he deleted my qc and he said he had to reach out to the factory and it would take 2-3 weeks, only for my qc to come 4 hours later. I asked what was in stock prior so that I could get possibly get it faster.
I love Steve do not misunderstand by me typing a lot. So far he has shown he is trying to communicate and has answered every question I've asked. I thank you for your advice. I'm still new to this experience. I just don't want my money wasted friend.
6/17 - Received QC
6/18 - Approved QC and paid the rest.
*Email Steve has insanely quick communication. I've only spoken to Whatsapp Steve. Both have great customer service.
