I have a question, I purchased on puretime with payment through Bitcoin, I replied to the email with the payment details 5 days ago, but I have not yet received any response. What are the average payment response times?

I'm new and don't know answer. However, just by me narrowing down model asking a couple questions. Sent a few emails and after not quite a week later got a reply. He apologized and said there are two sites that seem the same Trusty and Puretime. He referred me to both. Then also mentioned the massive time difference but that is just a minor thing for maybe a 2 day delay not like a month or something.
