Ordered a watch for the first time. On the website the watch looked like this:

The QC pics I got where like this:

Obviously I didn't accept this, It dosent even look like the watch I ordered. Andrew from trusty time checked with the factory and said nothing could be done about it. So today when I replied from my normal email for a refund of my btc or the option to get another watch, I get this from microsoft (outlook):

which basically means the email didn't go through because Andrew blocked the email I was sending from or marked it as spam. I had to send my reply from another email to get the message through. Iam still waiting for a reply on that email.

I feel very scammed in my dealings with Andrew. Want to warn everyone in future dealings with the site Trustytime.

You are so right to reject that watch. Wonder why Andrew put purple racing stripes all over it ?

Im not, I have been stating since the beginning that I feel scammed and everything I have brought up is as real as it gets. He is trying to make things right now, so we will see, the fact that he has reached out right now talks against that he tried to scam me but the elephant in the room still hasn't been addressed. Why the mail was marked as spam or blocked.

Well, its easier to get away with it when dealing with someone like me, not established in the forum ( maybe he thought i just found his site through google), btc payment, just a random dude wanting a nice watch. Especially easy to get away with when you got nice reviews speaking otherwise.

Andrew has nothing better to do than determine if a random email address is coming from any one of the watch forums. He has a dedicated team to link email addresses with usernames that will use a proprietary alithogram that creates the scam score where he ponders if he can get away with it or not. He uses btc and converts it to dogecoin to hide your hard earned doll hairs. My suggestion is to retreat to the safety of Reddit where like minded individuals can rl and trade safely.
