Ordered a watch for the first time. On the website the watch looked like this:
ZSUySD.png

The QC pics I got where like this:
ZSU9Lk.jpg

Obviously I didn't accept this, It dosent even look like the watch I ordered. Andrew from trusty time checked with the factory and said nothing could be done about it. So today when I replied from my normal email for a refund of my btc or the option to get another watch, I get this from microsoft (outlook):
ZSUBwS.png

which basically means the email didn't go through because Andrew blocked the email I was sending from or marked it as spam. I had to send my reply from another email to get the message through. Iam still waiting for a reply on that email.

I feel very scammed in my dealings with Andrew. Want to warn everyone in future dealings with the site Trustytime.

As can be seen in Trustytimes TD section with one click, his address is [email protected]. Not [email protected]. This 101 in the email address alone would have made me wonder. As is always recommended here, always verify before buying. It looks like you didn't do that and fell for a fake scam store pretending to be the real Trustytime store.

But I hope I‘m wrong and they use multiple email adresses. Fingers crossed.

Edit: It does seem I was wrong. In this case im sure he will take care of you. Im sure he did not block you. You’ll get your money back.

Yep, agree. As stated above. I was wrong. But still, I’m sure he will take care of you. Wait for a response.

I've corrected the title of your thread - there is nothing 'serious' about the problem.

You certainly haven't been scammed by Trustytime. Trustytime doesn't make the watches, therefore if the model is not accurate to the genuine watch it is the fault of the factory in China, not the dealer.

What scamming schemes are you on about? I’ve used Trusty plenty of times as have many other members of RWI - they are a solid Trusted Dealer. I accept that this is your first order but there really is no need to accuse them of scamming

Considering it's a $158 quartz speedie, I'd say the pics look pretty darn good, but to each his or her own. If that's not acceptable to you, I'm sure Andrew will take care of you one way or the other. If your expectations are high, however, I don't think you'll be satisfied with any speedmaster. Even the 'good' ones have obvious flaws.

The pics aren't good because he has listed other pics on the site supposedly being the replica.

The scamming schemes Im talking about is that he blocked the email I was sending from ( or marked it as spam). So my message wasn't getting through as stated by the microsoft outlook reply. Had to change the email to get through to him.

There is a serious problem. He marked my email as spam or blocked it when I was about to send my request for another watch or a refund. Even if the watch was a factory problem, doesn't justify his actions. The pics of the replica on the site aren't looking accurate to the qc replica. The pics on the site although looks good aren't even close to the genuine watch, even so the replica you post on the site should match the qc pics (that's the reason we need to approve qc pics). You should fix the title back. This is a serious problem. Stop trying to reduce or diminish the seriousness of it.

This is not in any way shape or form the definition of scamming.

No, there is not a serious problem here and consequently, despite your PM telling me to change back the title to the original (claiming this is a serious problem) I will not be doing so.

Did you read the whole message? You don't think its scamming when you rob the customer of the right to refund or choose another watch once they've denied the shop first qc pics. When the shop itself states that you have the right to do so? Robbing me of those options by blocking or spam marking my mail, making my message not go trough, forcing me to write from another email, to get through to him.

You don't think its scamming when you don't follow up with an agreement? Blocking the communication, not making it possible for the customer to follow up on his order? Is it not scamming when you force sell something that isn't what you advertise it is? By taking the payment first and then showing a product that is unfit, and then blocking communication, making it impossible for a refund or other solutions.

Im very suprised to hear that you, a moderator, and probably a veteran in this businesses don't share my view on this.

You are assuming that your email address was intentionally blocked when you have no proof of this . Andrew has accepted payment from you for a watch - why would he then block your email address ?
He has posted in this thread that he will sort out the issue with your order, why not just give him the opportunity to do so - take a refund if you prefer.

I spent almost 55k with Andrew and he didn’t block me, sometimes he don’t answer for day or two but always delivers or refund if the watch is not in stock

Im not basing what Im saying from assumptions. Im basing it from the message I got from Microsoft (outlook) once I tried to reply to his email. The proof is posted on top of the thread. I'll post it again for you.

Yes, I'm giving him the opportunity to do right by him. We are waiting new qc pics. I will update this thread accordingly. Im also open to the possibility that Andrew got people handling his mail for him and something went wrong? Either way I don't care the reason, as long as this matter is solved.

Well, its easier to get away with it when dealing with someone like me, not established in the forum ( maybe he thought i just found his site through google), btc payment, just a random dude wanting a nice watch. Especially easy to get away with when you got nice reviews speaking otherwise.

If you keep insinuating Andrew has tried to scam you this is going to end badly.

Im not, I have been stating since the beginning that I feel scammed and everything I have brought up is as real as it gets. He is trying to make things right now, so we will see, the fact that he has reached out right now talks against that he tried to scam me but the elephant in the room still hasn't been addressed. Why the mail was marked as spam or blocked.
