First Order - Payment via Wise (Issues with payment)

I hate it when I have to come here to check for payment/refund issues.

Anyone had issues with refunds in the past with ChazingTime?

It’s been a week since I asked for a refund on Wise and there is a complete lack of communication from ChazingTime since then.

The replies have taken a few days sometimes to get back to me, bigger issue is its usually different people replying so needing to always restate what the problem is from the beginning.
