12/18 - requested replacement
12/21 - got 2nd QC, approved
12/22 - got a video of watch working
12/26 - Tracking number provided
12/30 - received watch - beautiful ! only problem was with strap there was an area near the lugs that the leather was peeling. this angle was not shown in QC, reached out to TD
