I ordered on 06/20/23 I received payment confirmation 6/21/23.

Received follow-up that QC pics will be arranged within 4-12 days' time depending on the Factories' speed in delivering the stocks inbound to us and we have to take some time to do the proper QC checks.

06/27/23 Requested ETA on QC.
Response: 06/27/23 Clean GMTs have long wait times, Factories were all closed for the dragon boat festival last week.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this watch! I'll keep you posted as things progress..

On July 12 I received QC, on one of the pictures I noticed something off, so I asked Andrew to take a look at it, he was very professional and accommodating, I received new pictures within 2 days everything was ok and gave him the GL he said he would send out the order ASAP. So far my interactions with Andrew have been great, I'll post as things progress.

Received my watch on July 29, Andrew provided tracking numbers, I was able to see the shipping progress right up to delivery, the watch looks amazing, already thinking about my next purchase. Hope this helps.
