After speaking with couple of TDs, Decided to order from Theonewatches since they were the most responsive. Ordered a DJ 36mm blue roman dial from them. Paid 3/31, stated 2 weeks of QC time which seems a bit longer than what most people were posting. Just a tad bit nervous since its my first watch. hoping for the best!

Ordered a ZF Tudor BB58 V2 about 5 days, same sort of timeline. Something about the current stock not being up to par, will take 2 more weeks from the factory. Also hoping for a smooth experience, just being patient and waiting it out.
You’d prefer longer time for QC and Steve looking after you than a dealer giving you whatever is available
Thank you for the reassurance. He got back to me couple days ago saying the watch the factory sent had issues so it had to be sent back. Hoping ill get the best quality watch soon.
I ordered the Rolex Daytona Di’s 40mm from Steve on March 27 ,untill now I’m till waiting for QC picture.
Update to give you some more reassurance, I got my QC pics about a week after my last post here, so seems to be all good.
Alright so I want to give an update!
March 29 - inquired about JDF DJ 36mm blue dial
March 30 - after some haggling and inquiring for more information, i decided to go with GMF(essentially the same factory but it was less pricy). Paid with BTC. 2 weeks for QC.
April 7 - Inquired about EWF OP 36mm. Payment made with paypal.
April 10 - received email from QC department stating they basically RL'ed the watch that came from the factory apologizing for the delay.
April 14 - Received QC for EWF OP 36mm, GL'ed
April 18 - Received email update regarding the GMF, stating factory is shipping it to them.
April 24 - Received QC for GMF DJ 36mm, GL'ed
April 26 - Received tracking information
May 4 - USPS tracking updated stating it arrived stateside (Chicago)
May 6 - Delivered
Overall, I was satisfied with Steve's service. They were responsive to all my questions, never rude. The watches were beyond my expectations tbh, and the QC pictures truly do not do them any justice.
