I’ve been toying with the idea for a long time now of getting a rep of one bond watch or another and finally took the plunge. Ordered the Omega Seamaster 300 NTTD VSF V4 with the NATO strap and the Milanese strap.
So far my dealings with Hont have been great, super fast response times and generally easy to deal with.
03/08/23 - Sent off a message asking if the watch was available and it was, with the Milanese strap.
03/08/23 - was happy with the price and confident in the general consensus surrounding Hont so paid using Wise.com with QC to be very fast instead of the normal 3/7 day turn around.
04/08/23 - Received the QC early the next morning. I assume he has one on hand, weather it was a previously fail QC, I don’t know, but it looked great to me (and I’ve been looking at this watch’s details since I first saw NTTD). I’ve been reading all the common defects and differences from Gen around the forum so I will expect some things to stand out once I get it, but that’s fine.
04/08/23 - Gave the ok to ship the order and should receive a tracking number tomorrow, with delivery expected in around 10 days to Australia.
So far everything has gone well, so I hope it stays that way and will keep updating as I go along.
It would be great to get a TT strap instead of the SS that comes with it but I’m sure I can live with it.
