Hello everyone,

I've had some experience buying from other Trusted Dealers (TDs) and even made a successful M2M sale on this forum before. Recently, I came across a post offering a 15% discount and decided to purchase an Omega Aqua Terra from Chazing Time.

I did some research and found that the watch I wanted was widely available from various TDs and regularly produced by VSF. I ended up ordering the Aqua Terra 150m Master Chronometer with a green dial and steel bracelet from Chazing Time. I plan to keep the rubber strap as a backup for more casual occasions.

I just sent the first e-mail and waiting confirmation to place the order today (13/05/2023) and will keep you all updated on the progress.

I received a response from ChazingTime they asked me to place the order on their website. Waiting for payment details with 15% discount applied on price.

I received the payment instructions and sent the payment via wise on a discounted price.

At the moment, waiting for the payment confirmation and as far as I was informed it will take 10-12 days to get the watch from VSF.

I am so excited to see the QC photos.

It's been 15 days and I couldn't get an answer to my last 2 e-mails. Dear moderators I have also seen similar comments under other threads.
Do you think to talk ChazingTime members on this forum? During payment they were quite responsive but when it comes to QC photos and the updates they are all silent.

Hi @lowkey07 , you don't have to worry, chazingtime is processing your order. Sometimes it just takes more time than others and trusted dealers don't communicate if there's nothing new to communicate. I wouldn't be worrying.
Then you need to know that VSF has been lying low lately with few batches released because of enhanced police controls, many members have experienced significant delays with vsf products.
I can understand that more than 2 weeks seems like an eternity to wait just for QC, but this sometimes happens. At last they will get back to you with some info.

Thank you @Feefo, I received a response. ChazingTime side confirmed that they received the watch and soon they will share the photos if everything is okay. However, they are still waiting for the rubber strap from the factory.

I know sometimes it happens. However, this sudden change on their responsiveness between before payment time and after payment is something I don't appreciate.

I will look forward to see the photos soon after their initial checks but apparently I will have more delays due to rubber strap...

This is how it works with most of them. Only exception may be Jtime (a caveat here, I haven't dealt with all TDs, there may very well be others) who is very responsive all the way. In turn there's a little premium you pay for the service.

Yes I also made a purchase with JTime, Li was quite responsive.

For my order from ChazingTime, as of 31st of May, I received the QC photos without the rubber strap. It took 16 days to get the photos and now I will wait for the additional strap. We are getting there step by step…

I have received a response from the ChazingTime QC team, informing me that the rubber strap will take approximately two weeks to be restocked. Therefore, I have requested that they proceed with the shipment of the watch with the steel strap initially. Additionally, I have asked for a separate shipment to be arranged solely for the rubber strap. I am currently awaiting their response regarding my request.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the watch was originally listed on the website with the rubber strap, while the steel strap was advertised as an additional option.

I had a similar experience. It seems they 'just forget' about the extra straps. They send me the QC pics of my VSF planet ocean but I didn't see the extra strap. They I asked them about the extra strap. Then they had to go after it. In the end I opted for a discount on my next purchase, because I did not care for the extra strap. They sent the watch in no time after that. So apparently they don't know exactly what they are offering on their site, but good to be aware and act yourself and everything will be okay in the end.

I will soon receive the watch as it has arrived in the country and cleared customs. However, I will only receive the version with a steel strap.

I contacted ChazingTime via email to inquire about the availability and status of the rubber strap. They informed me that the rubber strap will be available from VSF by mid-June.

Exactly 30 days later I have received the watch. It is my 3rd watch since I joined the forum. Frankly speaking, this is the best one.

About rubber strap, I received a response from ChazingTime and still stocks are not available. I will continue to follow up the rubber strap otherwise I will ask for an alternative my Breitling Avenger II GF.
