First order, empty Package

Had this two weeks ago. Sent a watch to a Modder within Europ and it came back with no explanation what has happened. Luckyly the watch was still inside. DHL seems to check parcels and - if in doubt - open them.
I will never use them again.

Sorry to hear that... In cases like this, when the package arrives opened and repacked, is better to refuse the delivery (if you have the chance)
It's clear that DHL is the culprit here but it will be a headache to prove it.
What a bummer...

I just had the same thing happen to me with the DHL in Germany. Same repackaging seal, cut tape, same package weight, etc.
Luckily I filmed opening the package and my TD offered to refund.
Looks like somebody in the shipping chain steals them.

Just wanted to know what would be the benefit of refusing acceptance at delivery for a tampered package. Because I expect the package to be sent back to origin.. a black hole.

In cases like these, if you refuse a package it means you never get a hold of it thus you are out of the equation. The problem is between the shipper and the shipping company.
When you accept a tampered package you get involved and the shipping company will state that they delivered it in good shape and with the recipient comformity

After a lot of research I decided to make my first order with time. I triple checked every URL and paid over their official Whatsapp.
I ordered the most expensive Starbucks and Sprite clone.

I received QC Photos and Videos with order number and was very confident to receive a high end Rolex clone.

After a few weeks the local Tracking (triangular Shipping) started to update and the package arrived. I opened it and it was empty.
It was a Plastic Bag you usually get with Aliexpress orders, inside of that a carton Box and inside of that a styrofoam package with a tape around it that was already cut open. On the outside Plastic bag was a tape from DHL covering a cut of the plastic bag. The tape says "repacked" and the Package had definitely been opened from DHL. See images below.
There was nothing from customs though and also they wouldn't just send the empty package.



Unfortunately I didn't film opening it, so I do not have any proof that I am not lying :/


I immediately contacted jtime and told them everything. They seemed to believe me, but for now only said I should claim it stolen at DHL. I will do do that immediately when I know to which value the package was insured, because DHL doesn't refund at all, if the value is above the insured amount. I was told to receive that information yesterday but didn't yet hear from them. I am pretty sure the watches were stolen from a DHL worker, as it fits the package condition.

I really hope I am not seen as some scammer trying to get more that what I paid for. I also do not see jtime as Scammers, as I am a watch enthusiast and had planned to continue ordering here. I own a genuine Starbucks, that's why I wanted to get a replica one, to be able to wear it without worrying.

I will update as soon as there are News and really hope to get this sorted out.

Update:

so I asked Jtime if I could get the order price as a discount divided on the next 3 orders, as I wanted to show that I didn't want to scam and also planned to order again.

I then got 1/3 discounted on ordering the same two watches again and they arrived yesterday. I am very happy and they are extremely good quality. The submariner is pretty much exactly the same as the authentic one.

I don't film reps. But a comment was made that they'd never have a gen shipped. It may come as a complete surprise to you but that's how many of us but gens for tax reasons. When it's an extremely expensive watch, armed services are part of shipping. Regardless it all gets filmed.

Would you mind sharing the tax strategy? It's possible my budget of ~$5k for gens is too small for this to make sense for me personally but I'm still quite interested.
