After a lot of research I decided to make my first order with time. I triple checked every URL and paid over their official Whatsapp.
I ordered the most expensive Starbucks and Sprite clone.

I received QC Photos and Videos with order number and was very confident to receive a high end Rolex clone.

After a few weeks the local Tracking (triangular Shipping) started to update and the package arrived. I opened it and it was empty.
It was a Plastic Bag you usually get with Aliexpress orders, inside of that a carton Box and inside of that a styrofoam package with a tape around it that was already cut open. On the outside Plastic bag was a tape from DHL covering a cut of the plastic bag. The tape says "repacked" and the Package had definitely been opened from DHL. See images below.
There was nothing from customs though and also they wouldn't just send the empty package.

Unfortunately I didn't film opening it, so I do not have any proof that I am not lying :/

I immediately contacted jtime and told them everything. They seemed to believe me, but for now only said I should claim it stolen at DHL. I will do do that immediately when I know to which value the package was insured, because DHL doesn't refund at all, if the value is above the insured amount. I was told to receive that information yesterday but didn't yet hear from them. I am pretty sure the watches were stolen from a DHL worker, as it fits the package condition.

I really hope I am not seen as some scammer trying to get more that what I paid for. I also do not see jtime as Scammers, as I am a watch enthusiast and had planned to continue ordering here. I own a genuine Starbucks, that's why I wanted to get a replica one, to be able to wear it without worrying.

I will update as soon as there are News and really hope to get this sorted out.

cheers

what a horrible position to be in, hopefully you can get sorted, does everybody else film themselves opening packages?

If you hear about stories like this, it is really recommendable. But to be honest I have not done it in the past.

Wow, that’s bad. Feeling with you.

Be aware about the fact, that only the sender of the package can claim against DHL.
DHL normally refuse to deal with the recipient.
Therefore this should be on your dealer to do so

Tell jtime to write you an invoice for 495€

Standard insurance is 500€. You will get the 495€ if you provide them that invoice. At least not all Will be lost.

Btw repacked Tape usually means your package had been damaged. Most of the time it gets crushed on a transporting band or sorting facility band.
I know this from a friend who works at DHL. The repacked band is not available to drivers who are usually the ones who steal.

I always video everything bought online and delivered.

As soon as I get it (to prove seals intact ,or not, on the package) to the point where the contents are visible.

Photos are nice, but unfortunately prove very little. Video is conclusive.

If the seal/package is intact, and contents not as ordered, it's a quick conclusion, with irrefutable proof, mistake their end.

If the seals not intact, most times I will not accept delivery, instead taking photos when they attempted delivery noting time/date etc. And notify the sender that delivery was attempted but that it looked tampered with.

Admittedly some will say that's unnecessarily excessive, I prefer the term cautious, but I've done this for years, and only ever had to use it a couple of times, both I may add with major online retailers, where, once presented with the evidence, I was made whole.

Mistakes happen, and by videoing you have the opportunity to narrow down where that mistake happened. It's not fool proof, but hardly an onerous extra step when buying online.

Where your daughter is
I usually don't film though recently I ordered a couple gens from jomashop and I did film it because the box contents were loose and I could hear things flopping around inside so if the watch was broken I'd have video. I did also recently video myself packaging some higher value items I sold on ebay and m2m on other forums just because I didn't want any issues with chargebacks or anything from some newer buyers. So out of 100's of transactions I've filmed maybe 5 of them, lol.

I don't film reps. But a comment was made that they'd never have a gen shipped. It may come as a complete surprise to you but that's how many of us but gens for tax reasons. When it's an extremely expensive watch, armed services are part of shipping. Regardless it all gets filmed.
