They didn't, they're a TD, TDs don't run off with your money.

Three weeks is not much, tbh, it can happen. Would relax for at least another week before contacting them.

I did order from their site and am able to access my account there showing my order from the link you posted. I've communicated through the emails provided and intially they had responded and confirmed payment as well. I'll hang tight and hope for the best. Appreciate you getting back to this newbie @Feefo . Good, glad to be of help. Although that was coincidence, responsiveness isn't the TD's strong suit. They tend to get back to you when they have something new to tell

Guess I'll update -

Excitement is kinda dwindling on my first rep order after hitting the 1 month mark today, still waiting on QC.
Order online showing 'validation' status.
Tried reaching out via email for an update again, and not really sure if it's from my end, but get the following when I try to send a message.
I'm not sure what the deal really is and not ruling out there may be some user error or email settings on my end causing this. (see attached)
Haven't gotten a response or update after #9 above. Guess I'm posting here for that same magic where I got the previous response after I did post here to update...

I'll keep on playing the waiting game for the time being.

I got a response yesterday actually. Guess they are still 'waiting on vsf to deliver then will provide QC.'

I'd imagine maybe there has been some production delays?

What was not known at the time when this thread was initially posted is that VSF is apparently currently under pressure from the local authorities and at least one raid of assembly premises has occurred. According to my TD, VSF does still provide watches, but much slower (and in smaller quantities) than before.

I am currently in the process of ordering a Panerai from VSF and am preparing myself to wait up to 6 months or so. Hopefully it will happen sooner. I ordered an Omega rubber strap from VSF in March that hasn't arrived yet either.

Patience, folks, patience. This is replica world, not Amazon!
