Many folks have repeatedly tried to steer you in the right direction, yet you do not comprehend anything being posted. If you don't know much about it, you can dedicate the time to read the many threads on here that explain in detail what you can expect to get when you purchase a fake chinese watch. Your alternative is to learn from other try to teach you. You've chosen neither, yet you have solidified the fact that you have zero comprehension about what this forum is for. Enjoy your journey of red lines and the hunt for " 1:1 " watches .

I think you re mistaken me for someone else. Nobody tried to steer me in any direction. I have o idea what you re talking about. This is my first post here.

And it would be the wrong message for this target group, this is not Amazon, you are dealing with counterfeit goods, there's no standard or technical specification to comply to. We do our homework, get to learn all about the watch we are going to buy, know what to expect and what to look for during QC and get a Chinese counterfeit watch assembled in a cluttered and dusty environment at a pace of x pieces a minute. We know what we will get and have come to terms with its known flaws and possible unknown issues before we receive it.
You on the contrary work on the assumption that since it comes from China as a San Martin does, then it will be the same quality. No need to learn about these watches, they come from the same country. That's sheer superficiality and short-sightedness.
You are giving a false image of reality and any new member reading this will feel entitled to the same irrational expectations.

I made the comparation with San Martin because it is a much cheaper watch. Isn t the price supoose to reflect the quallity?
I also received this photo ..here it says 3sec/day when in fact the real number is 8sec/day. You re sayin I shouldn t look at those photo and I shouldn t believe what they say ..because it s not gen?

Yes, when I pay 450$ for a watch..I want it to be at least as good as the 150$ (donno if that makes sense for you).
Also I would like to trust the information on the site and in the QC photos I receive.

Nevertheless the watch looks good and I like it. Like I said before, I only posted here after I received the watch (not many do) to let people know:
How many days does it take from the payment to receiving the watch
How it looks compared to the QC photos and what flaws should they expect.

If it is wrong what I did please delete my thread. You can also block me. I don t mind.

I don't get what timegrapher readings of a ZF Tudor black bay have to do with this. Nor what "here it says 3sec/day when in fact the real number is 8sec/day" is supposed to demonstrate, because those readings in general have a very relative value.
But if you're happy, I suppose there's at least an upside to this story...

you have to understand you are comparing San Martin - a less expensive but completely legitimate watch company- with an ILLEGAL knock off of a watch made in a clandestine warehouse under constant threat of being closed down and arrested by the Police in an authoritarian state. They are completely different animals.

I understand your anger about not getting an exact "1:1 clone" if that is what the website says- but you are dealing with ILLEGAL CONTRABAND- what you are buying is ILLEGAL- I am sure you understand that all of this is a calculated gamble for both you as well as the manufacturer and dealer.

This replica game is not for everyone- I would suggest sticking with mainstream genuine watch manufacturers.

First of all you didn t read my posts. I am not angry at all. I really like the watch.
I know that are different but what does all that have to do with the date not beeing alligned? The guy in charge for that..keeps looking out the window for the police and that s why he doesn t do his job well? And San Martin s workers are more relaxed and the product is better?

I found a website online, I bought a watch. I am not a reseller.
And btw in my country are plenty of resellers with stores on fb and everything. They seem pretty relaxed )

You want illegal stuff you're gonna pay more than legal stuff. Market dynamics, the demand of their goods sets the price in the first place, not the quality. The gamble lies in that, if you know and understand this rep world (because you bothered inform yourself in the forum and read what's necessary to get to know what you're about to buy) you will inevitably have to deal with some possible drawbacks of this illegal business. You know what can happen and you account for it. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
As for your idea of quality.... I have seen Gen Rolexes with askew indices, floating letters, misaligned rehauts and bezels. Without the need of red lines on a screen.

This is the 4th time I am saying this: I like the watch, I am happy with it. I actually bought another one before this even arrived.
I just posted here for anyone who is interested.
The watch arrived and I posted what I think is wrong with it. That doesn t mean I am not happy with it.
Should we post here only when everything is perfect 100%?

I always picture a straw hut with a dirt floor and a few guys working to manufacture these reps on a table made of a split log. Helps me understand and level my expectations.

By doing what you described, I’ve wound up with a few awesome reps over the years! So thank you and all the others that I listened to.

The OP sounds insistent upon putting his beliefs in the first few links that came up when Google is searched for “replica watches”. I for one had NO IDEA what I was getting into or exactly how deep this world was until I joined this forum and took some time to investigate. I thought the same after reading this story. This is a hobby, it should make fun to talk about watches and of course there will be new members here and there. Sounds logical since you guys joined in at some certain point.

Letting OP looking like a complete fool.. this never happened on Reddit or elsewhere! Even if newbies came in with canal street watches asking about the quality.

We know “a lot” about reps and the market - that’s at least what we are thinking/ believing. 100% even factory’s would laugh about our guessing about the next version of watch CY.

Just wanted to stand up for OP, that this act of …. Is nothing to support.
