I wanted to share my experience with EU Stock regarding my recent purchase of the watch mentioned in the thread title.
Spoiler: It was absolutely outstanding. Here’s the breakdown of my journey:
Nov 14th:
I reached out to inquire about the availability of the model. Within 2 minutes (!!!), I received a response with pricing details for the watch, including import and service fees. TD was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my newbie questions. I was so impressed with the promptness and professionalism that I sent the funds the same day.
Nov 26th:
I received QC pictures forwarded directly from the factory. The pictures confirmed the watch's quality, but I wanted additional, more specific images of certain parts. The TD delivered those underneath an hour (!!!), showcasing the dedication to customer satisfaction.
Dec 6th:
The watch arrived at EU Stock's location. I was promptly sent a QC video demonstrating the movement. I also booked additional service option for the watch.
During this time, I inquired about a few other watches (Lange Saxonia and 1815) I was interested in. The TD offered fantastic advice on the quality of the movements, even going as far as advising against a particular model due to known issues within the movement. This level of transparency and commitment to quality consulting over making an extra sale really impressed me. It's rare to find such integrity in the market. Huge respect for this!
Dec 18th:
I received detailed pictures of my watch, now fully disassembled for servicing. The service was completed, and the watch was prepared for shipment.
Dec 21st:
The watch arrived at my home address. The quality is absolutely stunning—beyond my expectations!
Final Thoughts:
I couldn't be happier with my interaction with EU Stock. Not only did they handle all the complexities of importing seamlessly, but they also took the time to answer my endless questions with professionalism and friendliness. TD is a dude you really want to drink a beer with. Their consulting, transparency, and customer-first approach make them stand out. This won't be the last watch I order through them.
