First order AP 15400 ZF from puretime

Placed order on https://puretimewatch88.io/ for my first AP 15400 ZF SA3120 watch.

Chose payment via crypto USDT.

Got a follow up email from [email protected] with USDT address, but couldn't reply to that email and got an email saying that my message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Tried to use their kayako platform instead to reach out to Alice to ask about my email being blocked, and was able to get a reply from there.

Sent the USDT, and provided payment information for my TX to [email protected] and [email protected].

Email was blocked again, so I tried sending the same payment info on kayako. Still waiting for a response for payment confirmation and next steps.

Will update along the way.

Still not sure why the emails are blocked, has anyone experienced this before?

Still wasn't able to reply to the original email thread even without mentioning those words, but I sent a new email with a random subject and was able to send my payment information.

Payment confirmed and now waiting for QC pics.
