First Order 126610 LV to Germany

I would like to tell you about my first order from Theonewatches (Steve).

08.01.2023 --> Payment in progress (Wise)

Now I am waiting for the confirmation of the payment receipt and for the QC pictures. I am worried about the delivery to Germany because of the customs but Steve told me which shipping I should take. Also, Steve offers to reship in case of confiscation from customs.

I am curious how it will go on. Will report back.

Good luck to you….. I bought two watches from them, both of them had problems! The first one was easy to fix, the second one was completely destroyed after one year.
Would you like to know what did Steve say to me ?
That he can not help me with that and the only thing he can do is to give me 50 dollars discount for my next order!!!!
I payed for this watch 528 dollars, plus another 500 for the other one and he could give me only 50 dollars !!!!

Anyway the quality is very bad, if you can cancel it and order from somewhere else would be better for you….

I payed for this watch 528 dollars, plus another 500 for the other one and he could give me only 50 dollars !!!!

Anyway the quality is very bad, if you can cancel it and order from somewhere else would be better for you….

How exactly did I destroyed it ? By wearing it every now and then ? when I first informed him that I had a problem with my watch he told me to find a watchmaker in Europe and they would pay him. So I did that and when the watchmaker said that the mechanism was completely destroyed then Steve replied that there’s no warranty anymore….

If you notice, it's always people with a handful of posts that come and lay these gems upon us. I can't remember the last time I saw a reputable member post one of these. Do TDs make mistakes ? Of course. But there are reasonable ways to mitigate these issues.

Whatever happened to you, it's extremely inappropriate and even despicable to troll other threads bashing the td everywhere you can.
For one bad experience like yours (extremely questionable at that, to say the least) there's thousands of good experiences.
The level of entitlement is nauseating.

06.02.2023 --> just got email from wise with refund...

i am in despairing... already the second time transferred money via wise and the second time the money is reversed due to the recipient's account. i offered another payment method for the second transfer but they said everything is ok with this account. did anyone have the same problems?

I ordered the same watch just one day later than you also to Germany. Send the money with Revolut and received the package on Saturday. I don’t know what’s the problem in your case…

All in all, steve is a great TD! Had some issues with payment but in third time using visa card succeed.
